Arno Huibers and Paul van der Heijden surprise themselves and their audience again with a wonderfully crazy musical humorous clown performance. Music, pantomime, mask play and clowning lead you into the magical world of the clown.
For children and adults from at least 4 years old.

Or a conductor sink through his little stage?
What happens when 2 old musicians quarrel,
and their instruments are the weapons?
And how about an escalator on stage?
Does that one clown really play music so fast?
And is that other one really that stupid, or are you that smart?
Who are you in love with? We are with Truus… Who is Truus?
She gets a mega big rose from us.
With these two clowns there is never a dull moment,
are you coming too?
Info for adults
In an empty space is a red door. Suddenly a bakelite telephone rings briefly.
Two clowns come on. What happens when they open the door?
The empty space then turns into a place full of obstacles and possibilities.
Één of them views the world as if through a magnifying glass, as if everything seems bigger and more intense. A world full of music, humor and absurd exaggeration. Every fantasy seems possible in it.
The other keeps looking for reality, protects them both from mistakes, creates order in the chaos… he thinks.
Where do they ultimately end up?
Jealousy, misunderstanding and mutual competition are covered up with rose petals and sweet-voiced music.
In the end, love remains, love for Truus, with a smile.
The phone rings again. Are you perhaps Truus?
Arno Huibers and Paul van der Heijden
The grotesque make-up of Arno's former circus clown has long disappeared.
His laugh lines are now unpainted.
A red clown nose has remained.
The circus has been exchanged for Arno's own intimate theater.
His stage mate is Paul van der Heijden.
At the conservatory he dreamed of large symphony orchestras.
Now he is a musician and clown in one.
He surprises himself and his audience with his own creativity and musicality.
And the small stage is now big enough.
